DRUMMATURGO is the 13th musical offering from FABRICA, Benetton Group's communication research centre. It is the fruit of creative research by young Italian drummer Geremia Vinattieri.
"The Gods were rhythm and melody, because the origin lies in sound, a vibration.” This quotation from Marius Schneider, the twentieth century author and musicologist, taken from his book Primitive Music, perfectly describes the concept that inspired the young composer in his début album.
DRUMMATURGO is a spiritual journey that seeks to evoke memories of other times, and sensations from beyond this world.
